Our mission is to promote joint planning with local communities to define and execute projects on District-owned land in order to provide needed resources for students, teachers and the community.

Scope

The Planning and Development Branch is engaging in Master Planning, through the pursuit of Joint Use and Innovation Fund projects and the Development of real estate assets and Administration of real estate leases.

The Planning and Development Branch is master planning using the tools of 1) Joint Use; 2) Innovation Fund; and 3) Development to evaluate and foster public private partnerships in order to provide students, teachers and the community, needed resources such as:

• Parks
• Youth Services
• Workforce Housing
• Childcare
• Healthcare
