Real Estate manages and facilitates the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties for the Los Angeles Unified School District by evaluating and recommending changes to the portfolio of properties and leases thereby maximizing utilization with respect to demographics, community concerns, facility purpose and the best interests of the District and its constituents.
