An IPM Handbook, maintained in the Main Office of each school, is available for public review. The handbook contains the following information:

• The IPM Policy
• The Healthy Schools Act of 2000
• The District's IPM Procedures Manual
• Site-Activity Log on which the Pest management Technicians (PMT's) summarize information regarding actions taken during each site visit.
• Pest Management Inspection Reports completed by the PMT's during each site visit
• Annual Pesticide Use Notification/Request for Notification Form and Pesticide Application 72-hour Notification Form
