The New Maintenance Company provides the operator of a Public School of Choice a professional, single point of contact dedicated to providing for all facilities needs, while allowing the site administrator to focus on the Educational program.

Quality service is provided to the school operator in a transparent manner, with scheduled service and rates, upfront estimates, and direct access to skilled and experienced craft persons in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other trades. Custodial services are similarly transparent, with agreed upon industry standard service levels based upon CASBO standards.
