Maintenance Services

M&O Regions

The Maintenance division is geographically divided by 3 Regions, 7 Areas and Special Services. Maintenance services includes school repairs, preventive maintenance and special services that include:

  • Developing and/or updating maintenance policies and procedures including preventative maintenance procedures
  • Supporting the Local Districts by investigating and troubleshooting problems with procedures, products, vendors, and contractors
  • Developing material and equipment specifications and developing and managing annual purchasing contracts
  • Developing craft employment examinations in conjunction with the Personnel Commission
  • Working with OEHS and appropriate vendors as necessary
  • Elevator Maintenance, Water Treatment, Fire Alarm/Life Systems Testing Group
  • Other duties as assigned for example lead in water, synthetic turf and etc.
