Program: The Existing Facilities Construction Department has implemented regular training sessions in order to keep our OARs informed with the latest in policies and procedures. Training is performed on three levels:

• Certification - A two day intensive session on OAR construction management procedures
• Inservice - Monthly 2-hour meeting for all OARs on a specific subject
• Roadshow - Each region is visited monthly for a one hour presentation on varying topics in a small group setting
