Design Services
Overview
Design Services manages the design process for bond-funded
projects throughout the District. This unit is made up of three groups: Design
Management, Design Support, and Bid Preparation Unit.
Mission
The mission of Design Services is to provide designs that are state of the
art as well as sustainable within established budgets that conform to all
applicable codes and standards as dictated by District policies and various
regulatory agencies.
Vision
Our vision is to create optimal teaching and learning environments by applying
comprehensive Design Services management oversight to each and every
existing facilities project.

Guiding Principles

Organization
Design Services is organized into three primary sub-units which
operate as a seamless unit of project production.
